Surin

Home to the ‘millionaires mile’ area of outstanding properties perched on the hillsides overlooking Surin beach affording panoramic ocean views, this is a mecca for all things luxury. Surin beach is on your doorstep and Bang Tao, Kamala and Layan beaches are nearby.

Kata

Quieter than Patong with two fabulous beaches of white powdered sand and calmer waters year round. Lots of restaurants, shops and facilities plus water based and child friendly activities including snorkeling off the beach make Kata and Karon a favourite amongst families.

Bangtao

Bangtao and Layan are two beautiful and uncluttered beaches located on the North Western coast and are home to a splattering of luxurious hotels, boutique villa residences and facilities including chic beach clubs, a golf course, a riding club and several five-star spas plus some fantastic restaurants.

Cape Panwa

Unaffected by the development on other parts of Phuket, life in Cape Panwa continues on the same as it always has. The promenade is a great place to take in sunsets and Ao Yon beach is the most secluded in Phuket with little or no waves making it a safe place for the kids to play or fall asleep on a lilo for a few hours! You will feel away from it all on the private beach or in one of the tucked away beach bars. This is our neighbourhood and we love living in such a quiet place and having a deserted beach on the doorstep. Come and join us!
